Register a regulatory alert

For officers of a national regulatory authority. What you publish here goes on the public register immediately, at verification tier 0 — entered and published by the issuing regulator, which is the one rank this register cannot create for itself.

There is no review step, and that is the point. You are not waiting on our editorial queue. What it costs is that a mistake is public until it is corrected — and a correction supersedes the record rather than removing it, with the change in the public corrections log. We do not quietly delete things, our own mistakes included.

Archived and hashed on receipt, so the digest the record cites is evidence rather than a claim. A Tier 0 record goes public with no review step, which makes it the one most in need of the document behind it.

Your name is recorded in the audit log you can export. A mistake is corrected by superseding the record, never by deleting it.

Other ways to send it

This form is one of four doors and none is preferred. Email the notice to notices@drugeyeafrica.org; send a CSV export from a system you already run; or POST it from that system to /api/v1/submissions.

Those three create a draft that a person reads, and your own officer confirms it before it appears — so it still ends up carrying your name. All four are set out here.

Not a regulatory action?

An announcement, a guidance note, a campaign, a warning that is not yet a recall — that is news, and it goes in the newsroom under your name, with the same token. It is not a record and does not appear on the register.
